British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program
Skills Immigration Registration System (SIRS)
Program Overview
The BC PNP Skills Immigration stream registers candidates in a pool and scores each profile out of 200 points under the SIRS grid: 120 points for economic factors tied to your B.C. job offer, and 80 points for human capital factors like work experience, education, and language ability. The province periodically invites the highest-scoring candidates in each category to apply for a provincial nomination.
* Point values summarized from the BC PNP SIRS grid published on welcomebc.ca. Wage and region bands below are simplified for estimation — use the official BC PNP calculator for a precise wage score.
